Orvieto Classico Superiore DOP

Intense and bright color with beautiful green gold reflections. Broad with definite fruity notes (peach and apricot), associated with delicate but elegant vanilla notes; personality, with excellent structure, sapidity and acidity. Serve at a temperature of 12°. Recommended with roasted fish, fried fish, stuffed rabbit, chickpea velouté with mussels and clams and lasagna in white sauce.
