The Farmhouses
The Casali, an integral part of the estate owned by the Ciaffardini family, are divided into four houses which are made of stone and have been recently renovated. They are furnished with warm colors and natural materials, surrounded by green gardens and rolling hills. Guests can enjoy a journey through nature, food, and art from the top of a hill surrounded by the beauty of the entire territory.
Poggente 33
A stone-built complex characterised by a rustic yet elegant style, with pastel colours characterising the rooms and making them comfortable and relaxing.
Framed by a breathtaking view of Orvieto’s hills, surrounded by vineyards and olive groves, enriched by an infinity pool with salt water from which to enjoy good wine, excellent food and admire spectacular sunsets and marvellous starry skies.
Divided into four structures, the main farmhouse where the Reception is located, the Restaurant and two flats on the upper floor.
A farmhouse, adjacent to the main one, where the two suites are located: Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Both furnished in pastel colours, with an in-room Jacuzzi and equipped with every comfort for an exclusive stay of relaxation and well-being.
Also within the Estate, we find the Merlot flat, a charming private annexe, also built in stone, with a rustic and cosy style.

Poggente 38
Just 3 km away from the main building, at Poggente n.38, we find the fourth farmhouse, also surrounded by unspoilt nature, consisting of 3 flats, a salt-water swimming pool, an outdoor garden and a furnished veranda for the exclusive use of guests, overlooking the estate.
Trebbiano flat , a stone depandance accessible also for persons with motor difficulties, equipped with every comfort, with an elegant but at the same time rustic style.
Maurino flat, located on the ground floor of our farmhouse, ideal for a family stay, with the capacity to accommodate up to 4 people, with fully equipped kitchen, bright rooms with garden view.
Frantoio Apartment , located on the first floor, ideal for a couple’s stay, featuring a living room with fireplace and kitchenette, and a double bedroom with bathroom, with a warm and cosy style.
Also at number 38 near the stone farmhouse we can admire a small consecrated chapel, a Renaissance-style building, an ideal place to celebrate a dream wedding in intimacy with nature.
