The Farm Casale Ciaffardini
The vineyard and the olive grove create the heritage of the Casale Ciaffardini Farm, a farm that is dedicated to excellence of its products and the selection of produce, Casale Ciaffardini Oil, five types of wine and two grappas. The Company’s products are made maintaining respect for the territory and sustainability.
OLIVE OIL
Casale Ciaffardini DOP Oil is obtained from the early harvest of the Moraiolo, Frantoio, Leccino, Rosciola and Leccio del Corno cultivars olive oil as per PDO regulations.
WINE
The grapevines of Antichi Casali di Charme offer excellent fruits and eight different crops: Merlot, Sauvignon, Malvasia, Grechetto, Trebbiano, Pinot, Chardonnay, Cabernet Franc. These produce five types of wines, two White, one Red, one Rosé and one Sparkling Wine.
GRAPPA
Grappa made solely from our pomace, return good aromatic complexity to the nose and personality to the taste, encapsulating the characteristics of the oldest traditions.
