Discover the Umbrian gastronomic tradition with your own hands

Discover the experience of fresh pasta together with our Chef Federica, you will discover the true tradition of Italian pasta.

During the lesson, you will make the dough and practice making various types of fresh pasta, such as tortellini, cappelletti, tagliatelle and fettuccine.

The class will last approximately 1:30 hours, during which all the characteristics of fresh pasta and the history behind this fantastic tradition will be explained.

We like to hold this type of activity for a maximum of 6 people, so that everyone can learn the various techniques well and have the opportunity to interact with our Chef.

At the end, you will cook and taste what you have made.

Each customer will have their own workstation with everything they need to work and a recipe book to take notes. 

At the end of the lesson, each student will be able to sit at the table and enjoy the dish they have made with their own hands, accompanied by a glass of our own wine.

The cost is €95.00 per person for adults and €60.00 for children aged 10 to 15 (children under the age of 10 will not be able to take the lesson independently, but must be accompanied by a guardian to take the lesson with them, in which case the fee will be €95.00).
