Frantoio flat located on the first floor of our farmhouse in the Poggente 38 estate, has a double bedroom, a living room with kitchen and fireplace, and a bathroom with shower.
This indipendent flat is equipped with every comfort: mosquito nets, smart TV, air conditioning, heating and WI-fi.
Breakfast is not included, and cleaning will be done at the beginning and end of the stay.
The kitchen has a refrigerator, hob, washing area, and kitchen accessories, tableware, and nespresso machine with kettle. Guests can enjoy the outdoor swimming pool with sunbeds and sunshades, where they can admire beautiful sunsets, and the communal veranda where they can read a good book, play billiards or simply enjoy a moment of pure relaxation surrounded by nature.
The property requires a security deposit for any damages at check-in, which will be returned at check-out, leaving a credit card as a guarantee or cash deposit of €200.
