The Vineyards
On the steep hills of the estate there are about 16 hectares of vineyard in a particularly fertile soil, rich in minerals and fossils.
Spectacular grapevines located within about 16 hectares of our estate frame the wonderful Resort.
The hills are exposed to winds and hilly altitudes, in full sunlight, which are all characteristics that allow the grapevines of the estate to produce wines of excellent quality.
The grapevines of Antichi Casali di Charme offer excellent fruits and nine different crops: Merlot, Sauvignon, Malvasia, Grechetto, Sangiovese, Trebbiano, Pinot, Chardonnay, Cabernet Franc.
These allow us to produce five types of wines, two White, one Red, one Rosé and one Sparkling Wine.
Our vineyards are cultivated in respect of nature and the surrounding area. The cultivation is expertly followed from the harvest to the final product for which we have long relied on our oenologist, Professor Riccardo Cotarella, whose expertise allows us to produce a wine of excellent quality.
