Rosé Umbria IGT

Provençal pink, hints of small fruits such as strawberries and currants. In the mouth it is captivating, fresh and persistent. Perfect with fish soups, roast fish but also with vegetable parmigiane. Serve at a temperature of 10-12°C.

Vinification: Destemming and cold maceration of grapes for 6 hours, gentle separation of must from skins
Fermentation: Fermentation at 15° for 3 weeks

Aging: short yeast aging for one month and two months bottle aging
Soil type: marine or volcanic sands named Matili
Production per hectare: 100 quintals
Harvest time: end of September
Serving temperature: 10-12° C
Average age of vines: 10 years
Training system: Guyot and spurred cordon >3300 plants per hectare
