A wine with a golden yellow color, it releases intense and elegant fruity scents on the nose reminiscent of apple, pear, yellow peach, and delicate hints of vanilla.

The palate is pleasantly soft, ready right from the start, supported by a nice acid-sappy combination that makes each sip snappy, leading the drink to a clean and thirst-quenching finish. Good persistence, characterized by fruity returns and mineral echoes.

Ideal with fish, vegetables but also with white meats.
